Join us on Thursday, August 20th from 7-8pm for the last session of our Community Summer Yoga Series. This restorative yoga practice is designed to help you fully relax and recharge. Experience an extended shavasana with guided meditative breathwork to nurture your mind and body.
Each participant will receive a soothing lavender eye pillow to use during shavasana and take home as part of your self care routine to help you dissolve stress and invite tranquility.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this experience is tailored to support your journey towards inner peace.

Date: Thursday, August 20
Yoga Mat Time: 7:00-8:00pm (please arrive by 6:45pm to have time to get settled on your mat)
Cost: $35 per person
Included: lavender & flax eye pillow, a soothing reminder of the deep peace you’ll find in this session
What to Bring: A yoga mat or blanket, as well as a water bottle! There is a clean, portable restroom on site.
**Come a little early or stay a little longer to walk the lavender field before or after class!
INSTRUCTOR
Sarah Goldsmith will be leading our summer yoga series! She is co-founder of The Yoga Space in Mount Horeb, where she also resides with her family. The Yoga Space was born out of a strong desire for a community-based yoga studio, and the belief that shared experiences drive social connection, and social connection fuels happiness and health. Sarah creates an uplifting, calm space for her students that feels inclusive and safe. She encourages you to come as you are and be ready to connect with your mind and body on a deeper level.
